    Question I.D. My Snake to settle a bet!

    ok so i have a milk snake, and thats what we bought her as...

    "a common milk snake"

    BUT, we would like to know what kind of milk it is...
    so, can anyone I.D. my milk?

    Hi,

    I think it looks like a sinaloan too - next time he sheds I would keep a hold of it to do some scale counts to see if that helps.

    I don't know what type your snake is but I am really drawn to the appearance of milksnakes.The colors on all of them are nice.

    I usually don't see milk snakes with white on their face like that.

    Its definitely not a black though, those are much more murky on the white and turn black when they grow up.

    Hondurans tend to have white on their face.. but they don't look as clean..

    So the best bet is that it's a Sinaloan.

    But usually they have more yellow than white.. and have skinnier white bands?
    But I've seen a few with white bands on their neck like his.
