My smallest BP is around 270g and taking a full grown adult mouse a week. Once they top 100g, I move from every 5 days to every 7 days and everyone gets ONE prey item properly sized.

You should probably start getting him up to one adult mouse a week, what you're giving him sounds awfully small to me.
