Goldfinger Update
Here's a couple newer pics of the goldfinger project. They do shed clear, and we will be breeding this line into our hypo line this coming year. Originally we felt that the high gold color was a marker trait for this form of hypo, but we are looking at other possibilities.
There is quite a difference between the visuals. The male looks much more like a typical hypo, while one of the females is much more washed out and bright.

And one with a normal sib

While this could be individual variation among sibs, the high gold trait could also be inherited independent of the hypo trait. Hopefully this coming season will bring some answers.

Re: Goldfinger Update
Congrats Evan. Those are amazing looking animals. I can't wait to see what further breeding does, and how those things look, colorwise, in 1 to 2 years.

Re: Goldfinger Update
Beautiful animals! I'm far from an expert, but I seriously doubt this will be other than a new line of hypos, but they certainly are stunning and I'd be more than delighted to have such a line of hypos in my projects!!
Congrats,
Bristen.
