    We are using the basement for some rodents, colubrids, GTPs, and our incubators. It's a little cooler down there so it's been working out well! Sadly I don't think I'll ever be able to produce enough rats, especially the XL and XXL size.

    Yah, the XL and XXL are hard to raise..LOL. IF you just hold back all of your males, they will get to that size though.
