Hard to tell what color that is. It looks Mink based and is quite possibly a Mink. Although, from the pictures it's coat looks ticked with multiple colors, is it? If it is, I'd say you have a dark Cinnamon.

Look at the second picture down. Much better picture that shows his color, he was the only one of his kind out of his litter.
