No. I mean to force them to change HOW the keep them, not get them to stop. That won't happen. Explaining to them what they are doing wrong and then taking it to the corporate level, not as an attack (at first) but as a suggestion for bettering the health of their animals. You will also find that if you do this, with enough people behind it, that they will be receptive. I suspect that Petco will be less perceptive than their competition.
