How do you store your frozen feeders?
I just received a package today from Big Cheese with 50 Large Adults and 50 fuzzies. They are all frozen together into blocks and I'm not sure how to safely separate them and prepare for storage. I was thinking of defrosting them enough to break apart from the clump and then packaging them individually into little ziplocks. Would that work or do I need to individually vacuum seal? This is a 6 month supply in a normal household freezer.

Mine come individually sealed from here;

I do not get as many mice for the money, but I don't know how long Im going to have my lil guy so I'd prefer to not stock up.
But for freezing that many mice I would think one of these products would be handy;

In a freezer?
I keed, I keed!
I breed my own, but culled rodents that I freeze just go into zip locks baggies.

I's so cornfused!

Re: How do you store your frozen feeders?
I order from Big Cheese as well, sometimes it takes a little creativity to get the first couple of rats free from the tray they come in. I like to think of it like F/T Jenga, takes some wiggling around but they come free.
The tray of 15 small rats usually lasts me about 2 weeks to finish; I store them in a ziploc freezer bag. The "storage" sized bag is big enough so that I can trim a little bit of the stryrofoam off the rodent tray and then fit the whole thing in the bag.
