Your best investment for FT is a Vacuum sealer. A good one.
When you get the package, you can then break it up however you wish (and you really don't have to thaw them, they aren't Siamese twins and they'll usually just 'break' apart with some pushing around.) and rebag. Seal up the bags and there you go.

Some people use ziplock bags, and that works...but for a fraction of the time. If you're using them quickly, it's ok. But for large amounts and long term use/storage, you NEED a good vac sealer.
