    Breeding my Pastel?

I have a male Pastel Ball Python. He's almost two years old. He's bright yellow, and very mellow.

My boyfriend has a female Ball Python. She's almost six years old. She has, what a reptile specialist referred to as "rare" bronze patches, all over her. They're shiny reddish, bronze, reflective patches all down the length of her.

We've been contemplating breeding the two. I've read up on it quite a bit.

But still, is there anything I should know, as far as the risks of introducing the two snakes, and what their ages should be for breeding?

    Re: Breeding my Pastel?

You should post this in the breeding forum, they would be able to help you out a lot more.

Their ages are fine for breeding, that's about all I know.

As for your boyfriends snake, it sounds like a normal bp with blushing. Either way, it would be awesome to see what you get out of the two!
