I did business with them once before. They shipped the snake to the wrong address (my old residence), even though I sent them two emails saying to send it to my new address.

Once I told them what happened, he didn't seem that concerned. Luckily someone at fedex was and got it re-routed the same day and I received the package the next morning.

The animal was very healthy and actually much better than pictured. So, it's really one of those deals where if you are willing to take a risk, it might be worth it.
