    Won't eat

I just offered Salazar a F/T Pinkie and he refused to eat it, but I'm not super worried since I just got him yesterday. The pet store said he was getting a F/T pinkie every 4 days and today should have been the day... What is my next step?

Should I keep trying daily or wait another 4 days?

Oh I also wanted to know if it's ok to refreeze the pinkie...

It's perfectly okay to refreeze the pinkies, and waiting another 4 days is probably a good idea since you just got him. Ball pythons are known to go months... even more than a year at a time without eating, so you don't have anything to worry about. He just probably needs a little time to adjust to his new digs.

Ideally you want to give your snake a week to acclimate to his new surroundings. During that week do not handle your BP.

Once a week as passed try to offer food.

Pinkies are way too small for a BP, hatchlings are generally started on hoppers moving quickly to adult mice,

As far as the pinkie goes, personally I would just toss it.

Do not offer daily this will only stress your BP, leading to more refusals.

Additionally you might want to make some slight modifications when it come to your husbandry.

Smaller enclosure (the one you have is too big for an animal that size), digital thermometer and hygrometer (dial do not give an accurate reading), 2 tight identical hides (with all sides touching your BP’s body) etc.

Here are some good links for you

every vet i have ever talked to has always told me to never refreeze my rodents. for example you wouldn't thaw chicken leave it out and refreeze. This could cause issues with bacteria in the feeder. I would suggest that you wait to attempt to feed balls tend to stress when relocated. It may take a few weeks for him to go back on food. I am assuming due to feeding pinkies this is a hatchling. I wouldn't be stressed about him not eating unless it goes longer than a month. He should pick up eating really soon.
