I completely understand. My neighbors haven't even moved in but they dropped off their dogs, which apparently HATE cats. My one cat has disappeared, and I found the other inside my fenced in yard, up the stairs on my deck in the mouth of one of these dogs. She fell about 2 stories and took off into the woods. I find out later, these same dogs chased the little girl across the street, and the owners have no intention of keeping these dogs fenced in. I'm not too happy needless to say.

It drives me nuts when people think that they can just let their dogs roam free. If that happened to me, with the cat in their dogs mouth...well....there would be a 12 gauge waiting...

I'm a dog lover, but when it comes to dogs starting to run free and kill or injure other animals...game over. And I know some may think that it is cruel...but when it comes to destruction of my personal property or peace...usually the county sheriff or humane society understand...
