    Unexpected hatchlings

    Not an earth shattering new morph, but a welcome suprise this morning......







    I hatched these two bee's out of a clutch that was marked spider. It was 8 eggs, the first two that pipped were both normals, the third was a pastel???? 4th was a pastel???? Normal, Normal, BEE, BEE!!!!!!



    I went back and looked at the females breeding card and noticed that I had tossed in a male bee the night before she ovulated, and while I did not see a lock up, he was the father.....

    Thank you, I got 5 in on a trade that I was supposed to sell, but could not. I'm more of a tort guy that a turtle guy, but these guys are all insane looking and real pigs. I'll take some nice shots sometime for POTM or something one day.

    Ive actually only seen them as hatchlings, and they def were not blue!!! LOL
