Breeding rats and mice is no different than breeding cats and dogs for profit. At least some of the cats and dogs go to a good home! MIce and rats make good pets tooo!!! So how is selling rats for food better than selling dogs and cats

I sent them a nice reply explaining that it is not the same

When will people understand that snakes have to eat too? And that without them we would be grossly over populated with wild rodents?

ya it is funny that the same people that get mad that we feed our snakes mice and rats are the same people that will call out an exterminator to kill them in there homes what is the difference either way they are being killed and at least we are feeding another animal

I totally agree it sounds bad but I volenteered at the local shelter and they put animals to sleep left and right they could at least be put to use as feeders and not just killed and thrown away though I could not put a kitten in with my snake if people could do it what is the difference they are dieing either way and at least it is for a good cause if it feeds something

What gets me about these people is that they are probably sitting in front of their computer eating a burger while they type. The only people that have a right to make that argument are vegans. Vegans are a different breed and I've learned not to go down that road but at least they practice what they preach.
