    Wish me luck!

Tonight I am attempting the switch from live to F/T.

We've had Marv for about a month now, and he's eaten live mice 4 times with no problems. I'm hoping that he will take a nicely thawed mouse with no issues.

My plan is to put the frozen mouse (hopper) in a ziploc bag, put the bag in a gladware thing with medium hot tap water for about 10 minutes, check the mouse and repeat that step if necessary. Once the mouse is thawed, I will use the blowdryer on it's head and give it to the snake (with tongs, not my fingers!). If there is anything about my plan that needs tweaking, please let me know! Otherwise, I will let you all know tomorrow if he ate or not.

    sounds good to me...

i would maybe use hot water, for about 20 mins, and repeat.
then, make sure its completly dry, and use a blow dryer a little.
be carefull not to make it too hot.

    good luck!
