Do NOT put PAM on the snake or allow the snake to breathe the fumes!!! Remove the snake and water bowl prior to treating the enclosure. Reading the label: Do not use around amphibians and/or arachnids... Do not apply to heating devices... Spray substrate in well ventilated area... blah blah blah.
I always have a can in the snake first aid kit

I was really excited after I got her too, because I thought she was special. Like a pastel or something. Then someone made sure to tell me she was just a pretty "normal" ball
Got any pics?

Re: Snake loves water?
Out of curiosity, how long have you had the snake? And when did you notice that she started soaking? It could still be mites, even though you have not noticed them before. If this was a recent pet store purchase, it is possible that there were no [i]visible[/b] mites on the snake, just eggs that you can't see. Eggs will hatch out within a month, so if this is a recent addition, you could have had some invisible tag-alongs.

Well, that rules out the possibility of mite eggs being on her from the breeder... I'm stumped then. But I agree, she is pretty...
