Hi all, I went on vacation for about 2 weeks. 4 days into being gone... George decided to take a tour of the house. My neighbor who was watching the house, all the pets too. Realized he was missing out of his home. by Tues my cats were in my bathroom hiding. George was no where to be found. We came home on Sunday afternoon. I looked, searched all over, in every cubby space, holes, under the fridge, stove, cushions,couches... etc

Well one place that we didn't look into more of, was the toy box. I found him curled up, not too cold, but cool. He hissed at me once, I gave him a warm bath & put him in his home. He went right to the water dish & drank some water. He has been laying in the left side of his home, where it's warmer.

I assume my cats saw him wonder around, maybe hissed at them. They were scared, & stayed in the bathroom the whole week. LOL

I have clips on the cage now, to make sure George will not get out again! I am just happy we found him & he is ok. Also he is about to shed as well!

sneaky George... btw, I believe George may be a she, not a he. HA HA
