I saw this video on you tube

He says feeding frozen kills thiamin in the mouse and you need to use a vitamin b supplement? Is this true and does anyone on here use this?

forgive my ignorance, but who is the gentleman talking?
I wouldn't call that bad advice. Freezing probably does kill thiamin that snakes probably need. I'm no expert, but this guy sounds like he knows what he's talking about. Whose to say his advice is bad? I simply stated that I've never supplemented..Perhaps I should?

A guy I was talking to also said that the frozen food needs to be injected with extra vitamins.
I have a hard time believing, though, since I've never heard of such from other experienced reptile-keepers.
But then again, it sort of make sense that frozen food might loose good vitamins...
