    I know people that have hatched out clutches up to 8 eggs with one parent pastel and hatched no pastels... so just luck of the draw.

    But you gotta love projects like this. Very exciting.

    So what does everyone think now? Can anyone post pics of there hatchling Balls...these guys are about 3 days old now. Is the black apparent right out of the egg?

    My 2 cents is that they are Ghosts that have started to go blue as they get closer to their first shed. I bet after they shed they will be a pretty shade orange --Ghost!! Now thats a snake mix-up to get excited about. Congrats.

    Ha, ya for what happened I was pretty calm during the hatching process...I mean look at my first post...I was stoked about gettin 3 'pastels' out of 4 eggs...
