I would say no judging by the belly. The black outline bands on either side of the belly should be solid and not broken up like that. I'm at work and can't post pics of my yb's underside. Very nice looking though, with great striping.
We will see what some others think.

A nice high yellow normal... not a YB.
Here is my YB, and he is a so-so example, still a sharp snake, but not the best example. The stomachs really are specific and hard to miss once you have seen a few.

Normal bellies vary dramatically so it's more about recognizing the yellowbelly pattern. That previous pics is a great example of the pattern running down the sides of the belly
