Do your lizards talk?
I was relaying this to a couple of friends earlier, and I had no idea geckos were so vocal!!
I have just recently experienced my first barking baby Leopard.. It was HILARIOUS

Re: Talking lizards
I have a golden gecko and have never heard him make a sound. It would be neat if he did though! After having him 5 years, I doubt he'll speak up now

My geckos don’t but if they start talking like the one in the geico commercial they'll be famous
Seriously they don't but I was told they will once they will be breeding.

Supposedly mine can, but she never has. If she ever has an egg to protect I'll probably hear a bunch of noise from her.

I've heard the occasionally gravely complaint from my leopards. You want to talk about a bark noise...go poke one of my tokay females when they don't want to be messed with

Re: Talking lizards
Heather my Cresties talk at about 3am... they sound like a mix between a Gremlin, an Ewok, and maybe a very small Wookie!
Grey Scale is a good thing...

My uromastyx don't really talk. I have a huge male moroccan who will hiss and wave his spiked tail at me though

Re: Talking lizards
i know we talked about this earlier, but i wanted to add that helmeted geckos (diminuative desert species) actually use little clicks and barks for advanced communication. they live in small groups and supposedly even lean towards social interaction with their vocalizations. i've not seen it first hand though...
