OTT with anti spam?

Blimey guys, it's a bit OTT with all the anti spam you've got going on.

Is this board spammed that much that new members can't freely post? I certainly know what it's like to run a forum that gets it fair share of robot spammers (we get 150+ spambots a day joining) but even so we don't require a 25 second delay between posts or new members to have their posts checked by 'big brother'.

Anyone fill me in if I'm going crazy or something

Hi Scott,

I'm not sure why you are having this problem - if it is ok with you I would like to leave your "Not allowed??" post in limbo untill I can get one of the admins to look into it for you?
