Check out these wrinkles on Mr Pickle's neck, is everything ok?

I got this lil CH guy about 3 weeks ago. He's around 2 months old now and 90 grams.

I noticed these wrinkles on his neck and sides about 3 days ago. He also seems to look kind of blocky. This is my first snake so I'm not sure yet what's happening here.

I figured he might be about to shed so I gave him a bath yesterday. I thought his eyes looked pretty blue and expected to find his old skin today.

Today there was no shedding done and I'm convinced his eyes are normal black and not blue.

What's going on here? Last night I upped his humidity to 80 just in case.

    A closer shot:

Does my snake look nice and healthy? How soon will I see a shed?

That what I'm hoping for. I haven't seen a snake in shed before, at least not in person. I was afraid it might be either dehydrated or overfed.

At what point is it a bad idea to handle the snake? I've read they can be somewhat blinded and easily frightened, but I'm not sure mine is that far along in the process yet.

How much and how often are you feeding him?

He had a 9g fuzzy the first week, then after some online advice I went up to something larger and fed him 2 hoppers around 11 g each. The last feeding, about 3 days ago, was another 9g fuzzy.

I know it's kind of inconsistent in portions.. but I'm still figuring everything out. What size rodent would you suggest for next Monday? Today I also purchased some frozen mice that are about 18g each that I plan to use whenever I decide he's ready to try it.

Well, i believe he is young enough to be fed every 5 days. I feed my boy, who is around 120 grams, a rat pup every 5 days. He's doing very well, its just as thick as the widest part of his body.

The rat pup suggestions are what made me buy a 2nd hopper, just in case hoppers were too small for him. Sure enough, he scarfed it too. Last Monday when I fed him just that fuzzy, he seemed to be expecting another and crawled all around the cage for a bit.

The frozen ones I bought are labeled are LG mice. You think he's ready to try one of those already?

I would say getting ready to shed.
My BP does that before a shed.
