Is it true what they say about ASF's

The smell is minimum I clean my ASF enclosures every other weeks compare to every weeks with regular rats.

Ditto... I am an every two week ASF cleaner. I use the pellets for them and do not find that they break down near as quickly... nor do I have to water them as much... I take that to mean overall there is less urine production.

I clean the regular rats once a week.

Maybe I'm more sensitive to their smell, cuz they still smell after a week LOL

Just differently than rats.

I was convinced my first two weeks that I could smell them... maybe I just acclimated to them, but now I swear I smell nothing but blind rage coming from their enclosures.
