Congrats on making the decision to quit, that's half the battle! I quit more than 3 years ago, and here are a few tricks I learned. Put a rubber band around your wrist and when a craving hits, snap it, hard! That'll distract you away from the crave. Also, sucking on cinnamon sticks helps. I found that it was much more a frame of mind, I had to want to quit more than I wanted to smoke. It's a lot like bpnet, but for people in the midst of quitting, and there's TONS of support, it really helped me to stay focused.
