    Exclamation Help! Owwww!

I'm lying in bed, not able to move my neck and it sucks haha.
I can't bend it back or side to side. When I move it's like my head it being ripped off. I'm sure this has happened to more people than just me...any suggestions?

Is there anything I can do for it?

Ouch! I'd take either naproxen or ibuprofen and lay on a heating pad on the highest setting for as long as you can stand!

I took four pain pills, not sure what kind. They don't seem to be helping.

I had a hot patch on but I just switched to ice. Should I switch back?

Yeah, ice doesn't really help to loosen up muscles. i would go with an actual plug-in heating pad if you have one

Put some uncooked rice in a long sock, tie it off and stick it in the microwave.

This is what the drs did for my fiances headache and neckache..

it was a constant for 6 months after he was hurt at work. They found that his brain had swelled and was putting pressure on his brain stem. So they removed a section of his skull to decompress it. that was now 3 months ago. And no more pain

Something you could try is alternating tylenol and motrin you can take them 2 hours apart. heres an example. take tylenol at 4 and motrin at 6 and then tylenol at 8.. That may help some.. Heat is probably the better thing if its just a muscle injury.

Ok guys, I found a heating pad and it feels amazing!

It took me a while to find though, I seriously thought about stealing the heating pad from my bearded dragon haha.
