I'm a girl and I was scared of snakes before I had to babysit my friend's bp for a year. Then I bought myself one. I'm also petrified of lizards, but I just bought one of those, too! She'll learn to love them as she learns more about them and becomes used to their presence. Just be sure to tell her you're proud of her when she makes those crucial baby steps to overcoming her fear!
