    awesome morning x 2!

Wow! Two sweet happenings in one morning. Makes up for the fact that I have a stomach virus and my jeep's broken

1.. Godiva's eggs pipped! It's day 54 for them.. all 5 babies look healthy and happy.. though they're probably going to stay "in bed" for awhile. 4 of them had pipped overnight and we slit the remaining one.

    2. Ginger's laying!! She was crossed with our Spider male I managed a Quick pic and for now I am leaving her alone. YAY what an awesome mornin!

    Re: awesome morning x 2!

I bred my normal female to my wild-type male with the full stripe. None of the babies appear to be striped so for now I consider it normal x normal. I might keep the females to breed back to dad.. I am not disappointed though because healthy babies are always awesome to me regardless of whether or not they're morphs

I am. I have to restrain myself from giong over and staring into her tub. But I respect her and I am giving her privacy.. don't want her stressing and knocking eggs around. Not that this is easy! I put a blanket over the front of the rack so that my walking by doesn't bother her.

Awesome, Jen...congrats! I've never had the pleasure of catching one of our females in the act of laying. That's a fantastic picture you took of that, though all I could think of was..."ohhhhh my aching cloaca!"

congrats on the pippies and the egg laying. definitely a good morning. Mine was filled with poo n' pee, but its all good. I hope one of the babies is striped like the dad, but either way, all healthy babies is great. I agree Joanna, ouch does come to mind!!
