Freshly shed babies, trying to eat

My first 4 babies of the season shed yesterday and today is feeding time, 3 mojos and 1 normals.

Mojos 1 + 2 (46 grams and 52 grams) ate a live mouse hooper with no problem. Mojo 3 (52 grams) doesnt seem like he knows what to do, he's stalking it but keeps striking the hopper without wrapping it up. He's starting to mark the hopper up with little cuts from the strike but still no coil. Normal (54 grams) has no interest whatsoever in the hopper. Thoughts??? Thanks in advance!

Sounds like Mojave three is stressing. Give him some time to relax, and try again next time.

Same with the normal.

You can offer them a place to hide by balling up a piece of paper for them to hide behind as well..

there hides are still in the box, the mojo came out on his own and started stalking the hopper....

I took the hopper out, would you feed another hopper to one of the babies that ate one on their own?
