very nice pies you have thier are you going to hold them back and breed them back to mom if thier males or find some more het pied females? and if thier females breed them back to dad? sorry for all the questions.

I don't need to hold back the hets, I have 3 female het pieds and two male hets. The sexes of the two Pieds in the picture are unknown but either way it goes, I am set. I will not be working with the Pied Project anymore, I am farming that out to Nick. I will keep ONE pied here to do other projects with. I am just glad I was able to hatch out the first ones of the project!

Very nice, congratulations. I'd love to produce some pieds myself but it doesn't look like it's in the cards for this year. Maybe next year. Pieds have got to be my favorite.

Pieds is going to be one of our BIG projects, we need to get a het female but already have our het male. Once we get BEL, killer bees and pieds I will be on cloud nine!

On your very first post, the last picture that you provided the link for, you can see all the veins and the gooey-ness in the egg. I just love the angle on it - it's a really neat picture.

Oh, and the snakes aren't too bad either. One of your normal-looking ones, just a het not a pied, has a really neat pattern.
