i've brought my ball python into my imaging lab to photograph her. people knew in advance about it and still came and were scared, some wanted to touch her and a few even held her and helped me take the pictures so it wasn't all bad.

    Hi All

Thought I'd share an updated pic with you. I took Samson back to work today to show my guys, they can't believe how much he's grown.... some of them still dashed to hide in the toilet though.....

Wow, what on earth are you feeding this guy? He's HUGE!

I have taken my juvie BP to work once. I used to take my adult BP outside for a walk every now and then. He loved it. I can't wait for the weather to get warmer so i can take them out together.

Re: Have you taken your BP to work or anywhere else?

Samson is a machine, he weighs just under 1000g, and he was about 200g when I got him. So he's put on an average of about 100g per month since I got him.

He's my failsafe, if my smaller balls don't eat their mice then he gets them, waste not want not. He'd probably get somewhere in the region of 2-3 mice worth each week and if all my other balls eat up then he gets a juicy rat....

I just really dont like drawing extra attention to myself. So I keep my stuff on the DL. Plus you have the whole shock factor sometimes with some people with snakes. I get that enough with my APBT's when theyre in public but people always find it halarious that a tiny toy poodle is house mates with the APBT's.
