The Scale-less is a simple recessive trait just but like the Albino is simple recessive...Breed a Scale-less and you get het Scale-less...Breed a Scale-less to a Bloodred and the offspring would be het for Scale-less Bloodred...Breed the offspring together and you have a chance at producing a Bloodred Scale-less...Make any sense?

    Re: Couple of the Corns...

makes plenty of sense i took genetics for a while in school so i know about the co-dom, dom, complex recessives and simple recessives but now another question where in the world did they find a snake with a scale-less gene seriously.

    Re: Couple of the Corns...

Brian Barczyk of BHB has the only Scale-less Corns that I know of...Brian let me in on the project this year...You have to breed the Scale-less into what ever color or pattern you want to produce...I plan on plugging in my Scale-less to Sriped Snows, Lavenders, Sunglow Motleys, Striped Ghost, Bloodreds, Candy Canes, Butters, Albinos and pretty much every other color out there...LOL...
