wow, beautiful!! I love how you did the settings on yoru camera to get the effect of the water. well done! I so wish sometimes I lived somewhere that had seasons for a change.. and not "hurricane season" that doesnt count

Have your shutter stay open for a second or two. While the film records the water movement as one line, everything else stays still which gives it that effect.
