I've merged the two threads that are essentially about the same topic. Any additional threads created about John will simply be merged into this one.

John has a long history of causing trouble and openly disrespecting the site and/or the staff. He's been banned in the past and begged to be allowed to return on the condition that he would abide by the rules we all adhere to. He was unable to hold up his end of the bargain and the cumulative affects of his inability to abide by the Site Rules has brought about his ban.

John was well aware of the rules of the site and what was expected of him. He was well aware of the consequences of his choices and actions. He recieved infractions for calling names...for cursing....and for specifically cursing directly at one of the Admins. Even with all of that in a single thread...for most members, it would not be enough for even a temporary ban, much less a permanent one.....except that John already had a history of similar aggressive and disruptive behavior. He built up to his own ban by his own actions....we did not choose that course for him.
