Timors are what you call skitish monitors, they arent a monitor you handle all that much ( witch monitor is LOL ) and they are shy. I would suggest you buy a ackie over a timor anyday especially at that price. Usually timors a WC and not much are CBB. While all ackies are CBB.
A timor is somewhat arboreal and they require 5X2X4 cages ( LXWXH ) While a ackie requires a 4X2X3. Monitors are not very friendly lizards and I think their better choices out their then a monitors ( beardies,frillies,geckos,uros,and soo on ) If that timor is WC it has a high chance of dieing in the first year ( husbandary need to be good and care has to be really good to keep these monitors alive for a long healthy life )
So if you have your heart set out on getting it go ahead but again its not the best choice for a begginer monitor. You best option is an ackie or another lizard then move up from what you have learned from the ackie.
