    Leopard Geck enclosure

    I have a male and female adult leo gecko in a 20 Long. Do they need a top? There is nothing high enough for them to climb up and over and they cant jump right?

    Don't know about leos but my golden gecko would climb right up the glass and out real fast with no lid

    They CAN sort of jump, just not really well. You'd probably be safe without a top on the enclosure, hopefully you don't have any cats or other critters that could get in and harm them.

    I would also recommend housing them separately unless you are intending to breed them, and of course they are in top notch health.

    Yes, the plan is to breed them. We have no critters either. Thanks for the feedback!
