So I order my first spider ball end of last week. He was delivered this morning to my wife. So the excitement is there, cant wait to get home to check him out.
But i placed an order yesterday for a visionarium tank to be fedexed and delivered today. I call fedex, nothing. I email the seller. He tells me he went to ship it and forgot to add the uth to the order and couldnt ship it last night. Meanwhile I was told it could be delivered today.
So i find this all out first thing this morning. So I emailed back the seller offering to drive and meet him half way (he is about 2hrs from where I work), and possibly pick up a 2nd tank to go along with the first.
It's now 2:16pm and no response. No nothing. I too run a business and I too have 2 jobs. So I understand the importance of customer support. And frankly this seller does not.
I am so ticked right now... I dont want to put the spider in a 10 gallon spare at home until the visionarium arrives (hopeully) tomorrow.
