Europe has always had to pay double or triple or even more than what we pay here for gasoline. As islands, England, Ireland and Scotland don't have the illegal immigrant population that Countries on the mainland have especially since the collapse of the Iron Curtain but they have their share of immigrant troubles, Yah Mon!
