    Re: Stripedpied!!

You guys will probably shoot me for saying this BUT,

I just don't like it. In my opinion, there is just way too much going on with it. Piedball is my favorite morph. But this thing ugly.

The whole reason I love the piedball is the beautiful dark coloration, that gets perfectly cut off by perfect white spots... this thing is more like a big blurred mess.

    Just MHO.

It almost looks more calico than pied...no clear definitions on borders of white....hmmmm. interesting animal.

Exactly! To me, the "clear definition on borders of white" are what make a piedball so perfect.

I actually agree with Mike on this one. But I can appreciate the hard work and time that went into creating that animal.

I sorta do agree with you guys.

While it is an awesome animal..to me it is more like a calico.

In the egg pic he looks a lil more 'clean'. I wonder if he will brown out as much as the g-sripes normally do.

He is a pretty cool lil dude!

    Re: Stripedpied!!

While I do favor more "extreme" combos, this snake is quite appealing in it's own right. I've always been a big fan of the "brushed suede" appearance that the Genetic Stripe trait tends to add to combos...and I'm willing to bet that this snake is also one that is more of a knockout in person. Sometimes with combos like this, seeing them firsthand allows one to better appreciate all the subtle variations in the snake's color that are just difficult to capture on camera.

Can't wait to see one of these in the flesh someday.

Come here little guy. You're awfully cute and fluffy but unfortunately for you, you're made of meat
