Got this lovely e-mail from Sammy's foster mom - I had e-mailed her to let her know how Sammy was settling in.

Robin - I can't tell you how happy I am to hear from you and that Sammy is doing so well. He is an absolute love of a kitty, and he will reward you with as many kisses and biscuits as you want - he will also make you laugh with his antics! He never hissed or whined in all the months I had him and his brothers, and was just a love from the first moment - wait, I take that back - I think he may have hissed a litte bit when he was first trapped....

As I'm sure Carol told you, he was a puny little thing when I first got him, and he spent way too much time at the vet until he grew out of his stomach problems. He's so big and healthy now it's hard to believe he was the runt of the litter!

Yes, I would be more than delighted to hear about him any time you feel like posting updates - you will have a very appreciative audience in me! Sammy was very much a favorite and it was very hard for me to let him go - but I'm so glad he's the #1 kitty in your household rather than just one of umpteen with me. Give him a hug and kisses for me!
