I'm not from there, but I think 3 generations or so ago my family on the white side were Okies. They moved to LA and we've been Californians ever since. We still got family out there, I forget the town tho.. they're like 2nd or 3rd cousins however many times removed or something like that. Met em at some family reunion that they managed to put together, really weird.
