Another question, do your digital thermo-hygrometers have probes? If so, where are they placed? Are you sure you are actually measuring floor temp and not air/ambient temp?

Last by not least, you should have 2 hides at least. They should be identical and touching all sides of your bp's body. One on the warm side and one on the cold side.

And they dont have probes. They are stuck to the inside of the tub along the long side of the tub, about in the middle between the top of the tub and the bottom of the tub.
