Re: Shes here!!
Hi Kristi!~
Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful!!!!! Jimi has amazing snakes and you have an super amazing snake!!!! I got mine from Jimi yesterday also, but the little bugger is in shed right now and so I'll wait to post mine
Anyway, I wanted to let you know (in case you don't) that these snakes are not like ball pythons. While she needs to get accustomed to her new surroundings, those new surroundings include you as well!
A long time breeder of boas (Sharon Moore) let me know that you ought not to wait before holding her. Hold her every day and let her hang with you and get used to you as well!!
You have a gorgeous girl there and I am excited to see more pictures and hear what you've decided on for a name!
Have fun with the little noodle~ they grow so quickly!!

Re: Shes here!!
Thanks McKinsey
He does have some very, very nice animals!
I had actually read another post where you mentioned that the other day. I noticed my male is not nearly as shy as my ball python, he was ready to explore from day one. Even though he did try to eat my face lol.
She explored the little hide I put in there for her for about 2 seconds but has since been out and about in her tub.
She already drank water too.
I think you are right though, they definitely are different than Ball Pythons as far as adjusting.
