Allen just posted a new ad on KS for some spider morphs, and looks like his husbandry hasn't improved. Check out the water bowl on the right in the first picture of the ad:

"What's the BUZZ all about, Killerbees, Bumblebees, Spiders and Pastels"

I noticed that too...His bedding is newspaper yet he has aspen/pine in the water bowl..

Joe I have an offer for you. I will provide you with plane tickets, Gas money, Hotel accomodations and spending cash for food and such; If you will just come to my facilities bring your camera and come back here and tell truthfully what you saw. If you are worried about dieseases I will even through in cash for new clothes and shoes. All I ask is that you report the facts of what you see. The only catch is that I will have the local animal enforcement officer here to do a report about what they see on the same day as you. That way the stories will be legit and not just simply your word will stand alone, because it will take a real man to admit being wrong publically. Just recently bought a Labby Burm From Allen and I to read alot of horror stories on this man. I called him out and he made it clear that what was said was false. Needless to say I called him again on the phone and told him straight up if I get some BS sent to me I will be sending the junk right back. I took a chance on it all and purchased the labby burm. It arrived next day air at 9:30 am and was packaged better then any other snake I have ever received over the 15 yrs I have been in reptile keeping and breeding. I opened the snake bag up and there was a awsome shiny little male Labby burm which had obviousely been kept at optimum conditions. This snake was not deprived feeding wise or housing wise as he keeps all of his CBB Snakes in breeder racks. I called Allen Personally to thank him and he told me Thx for taking a chance in dealing with him. So this being said I will deal with Allen again with 100% confidence in what Im buying. Know the facts before chopping someones reputation down. As for the pics with snake crap in the bowl supposely, anyone who knows and keeps snakes understand that you can change the water and 5 minutes later they will crap in it. Hope this helps clear things up as I label Allen as a great Breeder and Wholesale distributor A++++

I don't really know what to think. I don't know what to assume or judge, especially since I HATE doing either of those things.

Meh. Honestly, I don't know. What if he is a bad one? Well, why is it that you guys just can't leave him be then. Don't buy from him, let everyone know hes bad and they can make their own decisions.

But what if your all WRONG.
I'm not saying you are, and the facts prove that your probably right. But there is still the possibility, no matter what percentage, its there. How bad would you honestly feel if someone came out and said that he did set up everything and he really didn't do anything wrong?

Also. With the whole vet bill thing. What if that snake wasn't quarantined by the purchaser and the disease came from one if their OWN animals?

I wouldn't want to post here either if I was him, cause no matter what he says he'll get spat on.

I know your new here, so I suspect you haven't read the fauna thread. If you ever get a chance, might as well. This thread is more of an afterthought compared with what went on at Fauna.
