Is this the same snake you posted close up photos of her scale rot??...

If so...i would not be surprised if you had eggs soon....from what you said, I would not have trusted a word that person said

    is she "acting" funny?

really looks like she is carrying eggs and about ready to lay though you would probably know better than me....

How well do you trust the person you bought her from? She sure has all the signs of being gravid (just based on the pic). If you felt something it really can only be one of 2 things - eggs or urates. Either of which could be stuck in the pipe.

I would normally suggest soaking her to help try to "move her along" but since you were dealing with scale rot I would suggest a vet trip as a safer alternative. (This assumes you don't care about any potential eggs)

Have you seen her poop yet?

I don't trust a thing the guy I got her from says after how this 100% healthy snake arrived with scale rot.
She has deficated fine. Did it under the newspaper this last time just to make a mess.
She appears and feels gravid. Other than laying like this and feeling like she has eggs in her, she acts normal.

Time to call the vet. I'm not concerned with the eggs. IMO she is in no condition to have a clutch after what she was like when she arrived here. It's way too soon and would be too stressful on her. Heck, she's not even out of QT yet.
