Well if you are sure he is still hunting try again for another 15 minutes or so - but keep an eye on it ( assuming it is live prey) for any signs of trouble.
If he still doesn't eat then pull the prey item and try again next feeding day.

Agreed - you may want to try feeding IN the enclosure as well.
