I'll summarize for you, but suggest you take the time to read it and form your own opinion.
Mr. Escalante sent a snake to a customer via UPS. The customer claims that he never received the package, and Mr. Escalante couldn't prove otherwise as he chose not to require a signature upon delivery.
At this point I felt bad for the guy; until a few posts later when he not only admitted to knowing it was against UPS TOS to ship the snake, but then went on to disclose that he filed a false claim with UPS stating that the package contained computer parts in order to try and recoup his losses.
He may have great snakes, but his lack of ethics placed him on my "do not do business with" list...
