At any rate she is gorgeous.
Yeah, I get it. It is very common though and as an example, look at this forum title: Red Tail Boas, BCI & BCC
It's not technically correct but it is common and usual.
Also, as you read from Pat's post, and others on this and other forums (pm's also) for some reason people just grabbed onto the pictures and didn't read and thought she was a Suriname
She's just that gorgeous, I guess

Okay- just got off the phone with Paul Moore.

K' la is nothing more nor less than a bci, also and more commonly known as a Columbian (Colombian) red tail (see boastore website for further details).

That said, K' la is the result of Sharon's love for the 'natural' Columbian. Beginning in 1977, and through careful breeding, coupled with an excellent knowledge of genetics, Sharon consistently produces the cleanest of snakes with the best color. It does not surprise me that her bci's often get confused by others as being a bci-bcc cross or being a bcc.

As though looks were not enough, Sharon Moore is also often referred to as a breeder of snakes with amazingly gentle personalities. She will not ship out a nasty snake and handles and hangs out with each snake for as long as it is in her care.

Sharon Moore is an amazing breeder and her boas are a testament to her care and dedication to this species.

They invite anyone to call them for more information!
