    Top Chef

Anyone else watch top chef as religiously as me? I love to cook and am pretty good at it for an amateur. Richard Blais has got to win. His restaurant in buckhead(atlanta) Blais is awesome. I took my ex there for her birthday and got a 31 course meal. I dont remember half of them but some of them were wild. Awesome tasting food. And i got to meet him, nice guy. Kinda got a big ego. But he has cooked at some of the finest kitchens in the world. Thomas Keller anyone?

I love that show..I would be shocked if Richard didn't win.

I was wondering where his restaurant was. He makes such interesting things I would love to see what all they served at his place.

They are absolutly beautiful. You almost dont want to eat the dish but they taste so good you have to. Each dish is bite size, its not very filling but delish!!! The dish i remember was duck which was smoked with oranges. Underneath was some sort of liquid that smelt like some sort of light citrus. Best plate of food i have ever had.

    Re: Top Chef

im actually in the culinary field so i try to watch as many of those shows as i can, love top chef, you guys are spot on, richard is going to win no question. kinda shocked that andrew went home tonight, his dish deserved it, but i thought he was better than that. dale and spike are also very good, spike is too retarded and will not make it. i also love hell's kitchen, but i can't stand watching it on fox so i just wait for the season to be over and download it on torrent and watch the entire season in a day.

i'll be on top chef one day, dont you worry.

I love the show. So far, unless somebody really screws up I think it's going to be Richard, Dale and Stephanie in the final three. (I have not yet watched last night, so don't spoil it for me).

Someday if I'm NYC I want to go to Perillia

It's too bad that Andrew went home, but his dish just wasn't right this time...and since he omitted the whole grain, he broke the rules.
