This is what corneal edema looks like. We have to apply ophthalmic ointment to his eye 3X a day for the next 21 days. It is only in the one eye on him. If the ointment does not work they will have to use a needle and try to suck it out and their is a posibility if we have to go that route that it could cause blindness. His sister also has it, not half as bad, but in both eyes. We are doing the ointment with her as well. They came in this way and initially we thought it was retained eye caps. After their second shed we took them to the vet since things were not getting better and the above is the diagnosis.
